Welcome to the Swindon College Parent and Carer information section.
Coming to college offers many opportunities for the new student and it also marks the start of a more independent life in an adult environment. We hope the information in this section gives you an idea of the many services we offer, key dates in the year and the support available for students.

The college has approximately 6,500 further education students (including 500 apprentices) and 500 higher education (university-level) students.
The college’s success rates have risen over the last three years and it is now the top performing college in Wiltshire* for further education long and short courses, apprenticeships and advanced apprenticeships and Train to Gain. (*Framework for Excellence December 2010).
