As part of Swindon College's apprenticeship campaign to encourage employers to hire an apprentice, the college has launched the 'Apprenticeship Employer Network' for businesses in Wiltshire who employ or who are looking to employ an apprentice.

The Apprenticeship Employer Network is a free initiative designed to bring employers together to discuss common experiences and benefits of employing apprentices while also accessing free services to assist with recruitment, training and funding. The scheme's priority is to match the right employers with the right apprentices.

The network offers a host of benefits to members including:

- Dedicated key account managers
- Dandidate pre-screening
- Vacancy matching service
- Use of our specialist Apprenticeship Recruitment Service
- A guarantee to cut recruitment costs
- A free organisational needs analysis
- Access to information on the most up to date funding
- Free access to networking events.
