The Equality Policy promotes and mandates that everyone in the College - staff and learners - will be treated fairly and according to their needs. The College also sees its role as a community leader as of importance and will use its influence wherever appropriate to promote equality.

Equality Report January 2012  This report outlines the key actions, planned developments and policies that mean the College is meeting and will further meet its duty to:

- Eliminate discrimination, harassment and victimisation

- Advance equality of opportunity between those who share a relevant

  protected characteristic and those who don't

- Foster good relations between those who share a relevant protected          

  characteristic and those who don't.
