What is Xcelerate?
Xcelerate (XLR8) is a dynamic programme of learning helping young people aged 16-18 enter employment or further study. It will help build your confidence and find the study choice or career with the best prospects for you.

If you feel you are lacking in confidence and are not sure what you want to do, Xcelerate could be the next step for you!

At Swindon College we design individual programmes tailored to meet your personal interests and needs. All programmes include a mix of training in occupational skills (such as construction, hairdressing, business administration, motor vehicle and photography) English, maths, personal and social skills, employability skills and youth enterprise.

You will have the opportunity to do some work experience and sample different subjects.
